Redirect to Login.aspx when not logged in

How does the app determine to redirect to login.aspx when a user attempts to post an ad?

 I can't find it anywhere...

 

I set a breakpoint in PostAd.aspx pageload, and it never gets there...

 checked the master page...global.asax..

nothing..
