Failed to create "Create or Manage roles" in security tab

Hello,

I use Visual Studio 2012. In C# I made a ASP.NET website with a master page. I want to create new users with roles like admin etc.

In VM I go to horizontal menu in tab Website --> ASP.NET Configuration

When I press "ASP.NET Configuration" it opens the browser and when I go to the tab "Security" it gives me but a message like this:

1) The first screen I take in the browser is:

2) The second screen I take in browser is (when I press from the first screen the button "Choose data store") :

3) The third screen I take in browser is (when I press from the second screen the link "Select a single provider for all site management data") :

4) The fourth screen I take in browser is (when I press from the second screen the link "Test") :

What can I do in order to enable it and have the ability to and new users (i.e. admin)?
