How to use facebook toolkit

How to install and use facebook toolkit.

I have installed facebook toolkit but when I use facebook controls and run a page, It will shows only blank page. and also how implement facebookservice.cs in our website.

I have used VS 2008 not use VS 2008 SP1.

Please provide us with more information. Do you work on Facebook integration on you web site (Facebook Connect)

or you work on Facebook application and which type (iFrame of FBML). If you work on iFrame app maybe you

made something wrong on by settiong the app in Developer app. Look this link for correct settiong:

hey i got some idea for creating a new application fro Fb so i thot why not to make it smple using .net Language.

so i made a search for the tools on it and got its toolkit,FacebookApp2009v2.1 so i installed it,

but when i tried to open this by going into file-> new -> web site->FacebookAppv2.1 in VS 2010 i get an error say  the file Default.aspx.exclude

could not be found within the proect template. it will be gret help if you can provide me with solution
