    Crystal Report have a limit to show the report only in a specific numbers of times (I forget the actual number) and after that you have to reset iis.  For handle this problem, in Unload Event of Crystal Report Viewer you have to dispose the report as

    Private rptDocument As ReportDocument

    Protected Sub crptVwCertificate_Unload(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles crptVwCertificate.Unload
            rptDocument.Dispose()
            rptDocument.Close()
    End Sub

    I checked Event logs, there is no any error except following (this is not an error)

    'Security policy in the Group policy objects has been applied successfully'

    -- from SceCli

    and

    Would be blocked by access protection rule  (rule is in warn-only mode) (Common Standard Protection:Prevent common programs from running files from the Temp folder).

    -- from McLogEvent

    i can't understand what is this ?

    This is not the IIS or Crystal Report problem.

    By default crystal report has a limit to display report.

    Whenever client open Crystal report it creates a temperory file in SERVER.

    To overcome this problem,

    Always displore and clear Crystal report on the page after loading.

    It will generate report, send to the client and then dispose from ther Server.

    Hence, Crystal report limit will not exceed, and it will work always.

    use dispose at Page Unload method.

    Mark as answer if it solve your problem :)
