It's crash when encoding video to 1080p

Question

Hello, I want to add a effect in the MFT when encoding video,  it's ok if the video format is 720p , but if the video format is 1080p, it's crash，error message is :E_OUTOFMEMORY Ran out of memory.

The issue bother me a few days, who can help me give the solution, thanks!
