How to shutdown Windows 8

I installed Windows 8, Windows 8 Developer Preview with developer tools English, 64-bit (x64)

The first thing I notice is that I have trouble finding out how to shut down Windows 8. I'm running ORACLE VirtualBox because it's the only Virtual Machine software capable of running the developer preview within Windows (SHAME ON YOU MICROSOFT).

On the Desktop, press Alt+F4 then choose Shut down, Restart, etc.

Alternatively, go to the Start menu > Settings > Power (at the bottom) then choose, e.g. Shutdown or Restart.
