    windows10 64bit touch driver

    1. secure boot : disable > normal operation

    2. secure boot : enable > no operation

    Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing.(code 39)

    3. Driver certified by MS Dashboard.

    When secure boot is enable, i want to know why the driver won't load.

    4. Do I need to proceed HLK with all versions of win10 unconditionally?

    5. Please tell me how to operate the driver in secure boot enable.

  • What you're describing is a signing problem.  Did you install the driver using the exact driver package you received from attestation signing?  Remember, if you change ANY of the files in the package, like slipping in a new driver or changing the INF, then the signature is rendered invalid.  Have you double-checked the signatures on all the files involved, using "signtool verify /v /kp"?

  • I only use files approved by microsoft.

    The signature on the file was also confirmed

  • Do you have your own INF file?  If you have an INF file, then you have a custom driver package that must be signed, and when you install it, the CAT file and the INF file must be together.

    Exactly how did you install your driver?
