The GridView 'GridView1' fired event Sorting which wasn't handled.

Hello I have a gridview that is populated with a stored procedure on the server control itself and has columns allowing sorting.  On my local it works but when I moved it to production got this error.  Is there something that needs to be registered in IIS?

Are you using different versions of .net? can you post the ASP code and any other relevant code. It sounds like something did not get moved to the server from your Dev PC.

The sorting event was not handled.  Post your code.

yes was a combination of things added the sorting behind the code it worked thanks
