Question

Hi ,
I was installed SQL server 2012 64 bit 6 month evaluation copy and now its expired and I'm not able to login through management studio.
I have hugh data on this server i.e. 1 TB and I don't have backup of this DB & its very important for me. I wish to extend this evaluation period so that I can recover my DB.
Is there any way to extended the period with out re-installing the sql server again.
Note: there are 10 DB on this server so its very difficult for me to attached it again in new installation.
thanks in advance

You cannot extend it, but you can upgrade to a different edition.

You can extend evaluation edition by changing system date but that can cause inconsistency in your data especially datetime, if you use. Best solution is to upgrade it to licensed version
