Is this DN in a proper format?

     LDAP://MYSERVER/CN=Development Services,CN=Microsoft Exchange System Objects,DC=rim,DC=net

I guess, the question is can DN has two CN's in them one after another?

Yes, it is. CN stands for container - it can contain other containers.

Well... CN actually stands for Common-Name.  :) The 'container' class has this attribute as well as do most objects.  But, as Brian said, a container can contain other objects or other containers.  In fact, a user could contain other objects - we just don't do it very often.
