Opening A Support Ticket - Turn Around Time And Resolution Time

    Does anyone have experience opening a support ticket with Microsoft?  I have read that it costs 500 per ticket but how long does it take before they contact you and resolve the issue?

    Please visit this site for support ticket options. Based on what I know, a support engineer should contact you within 8 hours(maximum) depends on severity level.
