  • Question

  • Could someone from MS help for the following 2 issues.

    1) I have submitted an application for certification and it stuck in the "Processing submission" stage for almost a month. I have filed a service ticket and Dev Support replied me that was caused by a bug and they had filed a bug in the internal bug tracking system. Now, i have submitted the same application with different name and the application passed the certification process.

Is there anyway i can delete application stuck in the "Processing submission" stage ?

The product identifier for this application is 9e73f6d4-2fe7-4a99-b2f3-6d0dbf9a3cfc.

    2) I have submitted an other application for certification but i accidentally submitted two identical xap with the same name in a single submission for certification on 17 Aug and it is still in the "Processing certification" stage. Could someone from MS confirm me that would it causes any problem for example delaying the certification process ?

The problem is i submitted two more applications on 18 Aug and 21 Aug and both of these application passed the certification last week.

The product identifier for this application is 08fc17c8-9eb7-426b-8ae3-0afd545cb421.

    Thank you very much

  • Hi there,

For either case, your best bet is to allow for the certification review to complete. Once you receive the notification e-mails you can go to your Dashboard and delete/unpublish the extra submissions.

  • Hi Danny,

Do you have an estimation on how long i have to wait for these applications to be certified.

I have to publish these applications before 15 Sept in order to participate a competition.

    Thanks
