If I'm click on view logs on the SSIS Service in SSMS I'll recieve an error:
"cannot open log application on machine"
It seems that there are not enough rights to view the log and it seems to me that this is logging of windows.
So the SSIS Service owner doesn't have rights accessing the Windows log ????
The issue may occur if the current user doesn’t have sufficient permissions on the server. Here, I suggest that you modify the registry key referring to the following link:

Ouch, I should have to communicate this with our Service partner. I don't have access to windows and the registry. There are no other options?
Perhaps I would leave it this way. My initial thoughts were granting some rights somewhere....
