Latency Today?

    Question

  • Starting yesterday we are experiencing latency when downloading files from Azure Storage. We have an SAS URL expiry time set to 5 seconds which has been working fine until yesterday, now all the files we download are taking around 10 seconds to download so we are getting 403 error messages. Previously we had files download in about 2 seconds - the files are all small.

    Has anyone else experienced increased latency since yesterday?

    Have you taken a look at the storage analytics metrics to try and isolate the issue. If not already please take a look at the documentation (One article whose sections I have linked to) below to isolate the problem:
