Use this link to find the relevant course or book name for your needed exam :
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/training/windows.aspx Just select what all checkboxes you want and click search. They will show you the courses and books for Windows 7 that you can use to learn. However, passing the exam is based on your understanding power and expertise so its advisable that you read through the books and go through the courses take some experience and then try and pass the exam as the exams are just to evaluate your skills and expertise not the in mind theoretical knowledge.
