plantilla Biblioteca de controles de Windows en Archivo/Nuevo Proyecto

Question

Disculpen, soy bastante novata en el tema...

Estoy intentando hacer el Tutorial "Crear un control compuesto con Visual Basic". 

Ya de comienzo tengo un problema que no se como solucionar: No aparece la plantilla "Biblioteca de controles de Windows" luego de seleccionar "Archivo/Nuevo Proyecto". Estoy usando VB.NET 2008 Express Edition. 

Puede alguien tirarme una línea?
