Microsoft.Kinect vs. Windows.Kinect RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to visualize in Unity3D data which has been captured with Kinect and saved to a custom dump file.

The dump file contains JSON representation of custom frames and transformation matrices, all of which were created starting from sample project provided by the SDK in .Net 4.5 and its collateral dlls.

When trying to load into Unity3D it seems that what have used to be Microsoft.Joint is now Windows.Joint etc. (it also seems like enums are redefined !), and so my dump file custom objects are meaningless when imported into c# script in Unity. In addition, various necessary dlls are missing such as PresentationCore.dll for Matrix3D structure, seemingly due to lower .Net version support.

All these seem connected and related to framework version. How to resolve the trouble?
