    To answer your question, you can send the request either synchronously or asynchronously.

    You can use the GetResponse() method - See the code example here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.net.httpwebrequest.getresponse(v=VS.100).aspx

  • Thanks for the answer. But - no I can't. I was talking about the SL version of HttpWebRequest, which obviously does't contain a synchronous version.
