Issue in Developer Registration - Review RRS feed

  • I'm receiving the following error after making the payment, and accepting the terms of the App Developer Agreement.

    Error activating account. Please verify your information is accurate and try again. If the problem persists, contact support.
    Error code 6103.
    Correlation ID c5c5e041-9a2f-4f1a-81c5-75153e4015f6.
    Time 2015-11-19 06:54:27Z.

    I have triple checked the information, it's all accurate.

    The "contact support" link redirects to a page that displays this:

    Page not found

    App server:accounts

    Time: 18 Nov 2015 23:04:29 -08:00

    Please help...

    It may benefit you to attempt through an alternate browser with a cleared cache. If the issue is still experienced, please create a request with us here through your developer account so we may assist you appropriately. Thank you!

  • Hi,

    I have already tried clearing the cache, even on a different browser. The issue still persists.

    Everytime I accept the terms and go to the finish page, it asks for the OTP and then redirects back to the error page.

    The request link that you have mentioned redirects to the registration page.

    My payment has already been processed, if I go to the registration page, it asks for the payment details again.

    Please help!!!
