When I work with http://localhost/dotnetnuke I can use admin account, but if I I use the link http://mycomputer/dotnetnuke, I can´t log. My IIS is Versão: 5.1 and my dotnetnuke is 3.07

With DNN, you have to specify the domain names you want the site to repsond to. This is in the DNN setup forms. Sorry that I do not recall the specific location. It's under the Admin menu then Site Settings at the bottom of this page, ensure both URLs are entered in as portal alias.
