ASP .Net - Enter button postback not working in IE. (Document mode - Edge, windows server) RRS feed

    Hi,

    I have a asp .net page in which, the page post-back happens on pressing enter button.

    This works fine on Windows 10 machines. But the same behavior does not work on IE 11, document mode Edge. This is on windows server 2012.

    However, on the same windows server 2012, if I add the website in compatibility mode and then keep the document mode edge on IE 11, it works fine. Is there some setting or tag that I have to include it to make this work for all IE versions on all OS types.

    Please let me know.
