So a Microsoft partner has sold us on SPLA licences and i have some serious questions if this is legal.

We "rent" via the SPLA agreement 35 licenses of Microsoft Office. These are the only licenses we have via SPLA all others are our own.
We deploy these licenses on Windows PC and Citrix Servers that are owned by us (end customer) not rented or leased.

The partner says it's legal because we have a support contract with them for general level 3 IT support.

Can some one tell me if this is a legal construction under the SPLA?

    Hi

This forum is for IIS-related issues, not for licensing questions about Microsoft software in general. Microsoft has licensing specialists in each country, and I would suggest you call their general licensing line for a definitive answer to this question that you can then rely on.

Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas.
