Use Active Directory Authentication on Azure Virtual Machines RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hopefully this is clear enough for someone to answer. At my company we use 100% cloud base solutions and we signed up for Azure. So we use Office 365 which I have brought over to Azure Active Directory. As of right now we only use virtual machines in Azure and I have created close to 40 VM's.

I wanted to know if it is possible for users to authenticate using their O365 credentials when logging into the virtual machine so that I don't have to change someone's password on each VM or add/delete a person from it. If it is possible, please point me to a tutorial on getting this done.

Does it consist of building a virtual network then installing a domain controller inside Azure?? If so does anyone have some instructions? Thanks.
