Hi Raman,
Please install WCF - SQL Adapter from the link.
after installation , you need to add WCF-SQL into the adapter list.
if you will not see WCF-SQL in the drop down list .
just check machine config .

you first need to configure handler for wcf-sql adapter.
open admin console, goto platform settings, expand adapters, and select wcf-sql adapter. and right click on it, and then create receive/send handlers for it.
if you don't see wcf-sql adapter in adapter section, it means that you did not install wcf-sql adapter components.

seems your adapter components got corrupted, you may have to reinstall wcf-lob adapter sdk.

You need to install
-LOB Adapter Pack
-BizTalk Adapter Pack (both 64 bit and 32 bit)
Then you should be able to use it in both the BizTalk Administration Console and Visual Studio

You need to install the WCF LOB adapter to use it your application .
In setup for BizTalk 2013/2010 you will find the adapter setup inside your BizTalk Setup File .
