HTTP 404 - File not found Internet Information Services

Question

 I am trying to open the report by the url http://ipaddress:8080/reports from the client machine

its give me error 

HTTP 404 - File not found
Internet Information Services

but  When i hit the same url in server it self its work.....

plz give solution for it.....

I am trying to make my local PC as an server it has Xp on it.so the given solution will not solve the problem.

please give me solution for the XP
