For windows hosting ..i suggest you to go with india.resellerclub.com

they are the best in server up,performence of server,support i have personal experience with them.

i have tried ewebguru,godaddy for couple of years..but if compare with india.resellerclub

the day i started with them..i faced no issue from there end.

Discountasp offers both 2005 and 2008 options for fast support but price is relatively high for other service. I think you might check out the winhost service.
