Error Code: 8103012e when installing the app

  • Hello, we are working on developing a hybrid mobile app which will run on Windows Mobile. After uploading the build on the windows store, when we try to download the app, we constantly run into the 8103012e error. Please advice what could be the cause for the same. From what we have understood after browsing through the forums, it seems the issue requires users to uninstall the previous installations of the app and reinstall the new version. However, we would like to allow the users to be able to. Has anyone faced similar problem? What is the cause for this and how can this be resolved so that users do not encounter the error?
