how to use google maps and track the device in windows mobile 6.5 ? Any example would be appreciated !!

I would say that is free.
Have a look at this link (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff428642.aspx) to get you Bing Map Key.
Then you should be able to access Bing Map Web Service API...

You can have a look at this http://www.koushikdutta.com/2008/07/virtual-earth-and-google-maps-tiled-map.html
However, the Google MAP Tile service is not available any more, but try Virtual Earth Map from Microsoft. It is quite good as well.

Thanks for your reply. And one more thing i want to ask that there is also video that using map point web service u can also show the map. I tried to run that application but it generated web exception !! DO u have any idea about how could i tackle that exception ??

Can you have a look at this page to get the VE web services instead of map point?
Also have a look at this page which he uses different web service. Also this page is pretty useful as well...

I apologize for the out of date links. I think you should have a look at the Bing Map as MapPoint Web Service is deprecated and will be retired November 18, 2011. If you don't have Bing Map developer account, you can go to here to create one. As Bing Map provides many types of APIs, so you can have various of options to develop your application include using NETCF. They should have many examples for you to start with.
