a table as a result from dropdown choose

Hello

I have three dropdown list. As a result from those dropdown list I want to get a table. In that "table" data is from different sources (primary tables: books in another library, different year book releases and so on.  Any ideas how to make it? thank for a help

What do you mean table data is from different sources? In my opinion, it seems that you want to filter the table using the condition selected in these three combo box. Is that right?

If so, what's the table source you are using? I could not correspond the condition with the fields shown in the shared screenshots.
