XSLT debug not in XML menu items RRS feed

  • Question

  • I create a new xslt file and save it in a VS 08 website.  I go to the XML menu item to debug, but the debug option is not listed.  The only item in the menu is "Schemas".  Do I need to turn something on?

  • Hello,

This issue is caused by the setting files of our Visual Studio. Please try the following steps and add the Debug XSLT command to the XML menu:
     1. Click Tools menu and choose Customize...
     2. Choose Commands tab in the Customize window
     3. Choose XML on the Categories listbox
     4. Find Debug XSLT on the Commands box
     5. Drag and drop it to the Tools menu

I upload a picture here, please have a try and tell me the result.
    Best regards,

  • Thanks for your reply...

I tried that,,, and the Commands: list only has "Create Schema" and "Schemas..." listed...  No "Debug XSLT"...
