Image on HTML code not rendering on email when viewed in Oulook mobile app. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an email notification sent through Nintex Workflow.  This email is composed and customized in HTML code that includes image inside a table.  When email notification is received in OWA or Outlook in desktop, the image is rendering accordingly.  But when the email is viewed in Outlook mobile app, the image does not display.  I have tested this in Android and the issue also persist.

  • You should set img label's 'display' value to 'inline-block', for example:

    <img src ="" style="display:inline-block">

    If it doesn't resolve your question, you could replacing the URL from 'http' to 'https', it was regarding the image permissions on our s3 server.

  • You need to be a lot more specific than that - have you looked ta the HTML source code of the img tags for the bad and good messages?

  • Sorry for the late reply. Yes, my issue is fixed already. I had to upload the image in Microsoft OneDrive (not SharePoint Online). I tested in Google Drive also and it worked.
