Monitor Setup RRS feed

  • Question

  • So I need some help in a monitor setup.

I have a client that has recently installed two 42" TV's that he wants cloned to an extended desktop setup. I haven't set anything like this up before given what windows is only able to do by default. Whats the best way to go about setting up an extended monitor set up to be cloned on the two flat screen TV's??????

ie.            If you have and extended setup where one Monitor is showing IE and on the other you slide over your Outlook. How do you set this up to where what you do here is duplicated on two TV's is if the two TV's was another extended monitor setup.

  • This is actually the Network Monitor forum, which is a network analysis tool.  You also forgot to mention the OS you are using.  But on Windows 7 and above you can hit Windows+P and pick how you want to configure your monitors.  The default is Extend, but you can switch to Duplicate instead.

If this doesn't answer your question I would suggest you try a different forum.
