Microsoft InfoPath 2010 or greater is required to use this feature.

Question

Hello.
InfoPath has been working fine when invoked from SharePoint 2013, recently I have been getting the error "Microsoft InfoPath 2010 or greater is required to use this feature." I don't know what I have changed to cause this problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled InfoPath but that has not worked. I have InfoPath 2013 as part of Office 2013 Pro Plus.
Any ideas please?
TIA
Jon

Hi Jon,
Did the error pop out when you click Customize Form button in SharePoint list?
Please change a browser to test whether the issue occurs.
Please check if SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure is activated at site collection level.
Please check if the form settings(list settings > form settings) is set to customize the form using Microsoft form.

After a while on the phone to O365 support, the problem turned out to be a faulty installation of IP2013. A complete uninstall with MS Quick Fix tool then a reinstall, all is good again.
Thank you very much everybody for your help.
