Yes, by default, threads are listed by last reply date/time descending (sort by most recent post). But you can click the "Sort" link and sort by "Most recent thread" (which probably means sort by when the original post was submitted),
by total votes, or total replies. You can also filter (no replies, answered, unanswered, proposed answers, etc).
