Show Compose app by default. RRS feed

  • On read scenario, the mail app is shown by default.

    But in compose scenario, we have to manually select the app each time we compose. 

    Is there a way to show our mail app by default in compose scenario ?

    As far as I know, the latest Mail apps support add-in command. Mail add-in commands provide ways to initiate specific add-in actions from the ribbon. This lets users access add-ins from within Mail in a simple, intuitive, and unobtrusive way. Because they offer increased functionality in a seamless manner, add-in commands allow developers to create more engaging scenarios and add-ins.

    Note: The add-in command work only in Outlook in Office 2016 Preview on Windows desktop.
