Export Job - Drives not returned after 3 months


  • Hello,

    Is there any way to find out what might be going on with an export job that was submitted on May 26th?  Checking the status via the REST API indicates that it is 100% complete and the portal displays an error when I try to view the status.

    I've been checking periodically for many weeks, expecting something to happen, but the process seems to be stuck.

    Three months seems like an extraordinarily long time to export data to 3 drives and it is frustrating that there doesn't appear to be any point of contact to check on the status when the methods available through the API and the portal disagree or don't make sense.

    At this point, the original purpose of the export is no longer relevant,  but I would like to get the drives back and move on.
