From above it appears you just want to migrate your Windows server 2008 r2 to Windows 2012.SQL cluster will be same SQL 2008 R2.

What I fell would be better way is,take a new box install Windows server 2012 on it Create windows 2012 cluster on it using below link

    http://blogs.msdn.com/b/clustering/archive/2012/05/01/10299698.aspx

After creating cluster run validation test and make sure all error/warnings are removed

Then create SQL server 2008 R2 cluster on it using

    http://ahmedhusseinonline.com/2011/02/how-to-install-two-node-sql-2008-r2-server-failover-cluster/

Remember all this time your Old cluster is online. After you have created new cluster use Backup restore mechanism to transfer data from old to new server.

Copy logins and jobs using script mechanism.

Then you are good to go.

    Hope this helps
