  • I believe what you are looking for is how to connect to a SQLite database through Visual Studio. If this is the case then do the following:

    1. Downlaod the System.Data.SQLite library from here: https://system.data.sqlite.org/downloads/1.0.91.0/sqlite-netFx451-setup-bundle-x86-2013-1.0.91.0.exe
    2. When installing be sure to check the option "Install the designer components for Visual Studio 2013"
    3. Restart Visual Studios.
    4. Go to Tools -> Connect to Database. Under Data Source press the Change button. In the window that opens select System.Data.SQLite Database File. Then browse for your SQLite database to load it.

  • What do you mean by "the connectivity part"?

See SQLite in the documentation for a discussion of using SQLite in a Windows Store app. Tim Heuer's blog entry SQLite with Windows 8 apps is linked at the bottom and walks through setting it up for both .Net and JavaScript apps.

You can get the .Net packages via nugget rather than downloading them and managing them separately.
