Desktop App submission in Windows Store RRS feed

  • Please consider accepting other code signing certificates than VeriSign for desktop applications. I have a Comodo certificate, which is much more affordable than the expensive VeriSign certificates. But with my Comodo certificate I'm not allowed to submit a desktop app to the store. You should accept all certificates which are recognized by UAC.

    Please allow also desktop apps from individual accounts and not just from company accounts. Otherwise your store probably won't have much desktop apps listed. And honestly, I don't need the Windows Store to get to Adobe.com. But I need it to find the tons of useful desktop applications from small developers, who can't afford a VeriSign certificate and don't have a company account.
