  • Question

  • Hi..

Is it possible to create virtual machine using coding?

can i create a virtual machine using azure php sdk?

    I refer this page,

    http://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/articles/cloud-services-php-how-to-use-service-management/

but it is given that "The Azure SDK for PHP allows you to manage your cloud services, storage accounts, and affinity groups."

and also i can not find .csdef and .cscfg file in the azure php sdk.

Sir please give me some guidelines to achive the php code for VM.

  • Hi,

You are right. Azure SDK for PHP supports programmatic access to much of the service management-related functionality that is available in the management portal (such as creating, updating, and deleting cloud services, deployments, storage services, and affinity groups).

You can create a virtual machine in Microsoft Azure by using the Azure Management Portal, Azure PowerShell, the programmable API interface (REST); or the command-line tools provided for Mac and Linux desktops.

    Hope this helps !
