    Hi matsys,

    Welcome to the MSDN forum.

    Like Carlos said, you can try to repair the VS and check this issue again.

    What’s your VS version? You can try to open the default browser IE11 and navigate to this: https://account.microsoft.com/about and sign in with your Microsoft account, if it successfully which means your Microsoft account is valid. Please make sure you already set the IE11 as the default browser.

    Meanwhile, you can also click the hyperlink ‘See our current service status’ to check the service status, in case it is temporarily down.

    If your Microsoft account is valid and the service is working, please open an administrative CMD window and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio xx\Common7\IDE and run the following commands and after each command, open VS to troubleshot this issue:

    • devenv /resetuserdata: clean up the old user data
    • devenv /safemode: run VS with safe mode

    If the above methods not work, I need your help to collect the VS runtime logs, please run the command: devenv /log in the evaluated command prompt. And upload the file (%APPDATA%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\Version\ActivityLog.xml) to https://onedrive.live.com/ and share the link here.
