[MS-RDPEGDI] GDI+ Drawing Order support RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

    We're developing RDP client connects to XP SP2, and trying to support GDI+ drawing order defined in MS-RDPEGDI for better performance. We have some questions about GDI+ drawing order.

    1) Does RDP5.1 on XP SP2 support GDI+ drawing order?

    2) If so, what capability data should the RDP client we're developing send to RDP on XP SP2.

    Now we're sending the following capability. If we have to correct any member of it, please let me know.

    MS-RDPEGDI 2.2.1.3 Draw GDI+ Capability Set

    drawGDIPlusSupportLevel = 0x00000001

    GdipVersion = 3102

    drawGdiplusCacheLevel = 0x00000001

    GdipGraphicsCacheEntries = 10

    GdipBrushCacheEntries = 5

    GdipPenCacheEntries = 5

    GdipImageCacheEntries = 10

    GdipImageAttributesCacheEntries = 2

    GdipGraphicsCacheChunkSize = 512

    GdipObjectBrushCacheChunkSize = 2048

    GdipObjectPenCacheChunkSize = 1024

    GdipObjectImageAttributesCacheChunkSize = 64

    GdipObjectImageCacheChunkSize = 4096

    GdipObjectImageCacheTotalSize = 256

    GdipObjectImageCacheMaxSize = 128

    Thanks in advance,
    HY
