    I want to develop an share addin for Excel 2003 and Excel 2007. Who can give me some material or source code? Thanks a lot.

    Shared Add-ins are not supported in the VSTO forum - VSTO has its own Add-in technology. I'm going to move your question to the Excel for Developers forum where you'll find a number of people who do this kind of thing with Excel :-)
