Web application not running on clients with port 444 on https

I installed my web application on windows server R2 as localhost on port 81. I also used port 444 for https.

web aplication runs on the server with both port 81 and port 444.

Clients that connect to port 81 have no problem. But when clients want to connect to port 444, it gives a message that we do not have access to the server. Check the firewall and proxy.

I also turned off Windows Firewall and Antivirus on server but the problem was not solved.

Could it be that I did not install the feature when IIS was installed, and that caused the problem?

According to your description, I have looked up many related cases, and most of them seem to be related to firewalls or IIS. But I am not sure whether it is your current problem.

Could you provide more details? Such as screenshots of related errors, settings, etc.
