MVC3 - create website with cms capabilities RRS feed

I'm starting my first website with MVC3 and Razor and I'm not going to use any CMS. So my CMS will be Visual Studio :)

But the question is what architecture to use to have a website with cms-like capabilities. Basically, I want to give web admin a possibility to change content on the pages (any page could have multiple changeable parts) or even add pages. So somewhere on a view (and/or in site settings) I need to specify what are those areas. Also, there must be some universal controller (at least as far as I understand) which returns the right view according to areas specifications...

Any idea where to start? Maybe what to read...

PS. I've got plenty of code for this in WebForms which works great but now I'm moving to MVC (which is better for websites).

You should give a try to Koobo which is an open source CMS built using ASP.NET MVC, look into its features and then look its architecture to build your own or use Koobo.
