How to add 'Rate and Review' to my app

Question
-
Hi,
I want to add 'Rate and Review' feature to my Settings Panel. I know how to add the UI. I don't know what call to make to get the 'Rate and Review' functionality working. Can't find a MarketplaceReviewTask like I'm used to use in WP7. What's the alternative?
Thanks,
Fons

Applications installed from the store will automatically get a "Rate and Review" entry on the settings pane.

Hi Fons,
You can link to your app's listing in the store with the ms-windows-store protocol as described in the Linking to your apps on the web blog.

FYI.
I found if you use the action 'review' in a store link like this:
ms-windows-store:REVIEW?PFN=<package_family_name>
... it will open directly to the store rate and review page just like the link added by the store.
We're using it to place additional more visible reminders within our game for people to review us.
