In C# .net app, I add the Exchange 2013 dll to the project. Use ExchangeService.Forward method to forward a meeting invite to a third person. The call works, and the third person's calendar was updated correctly. However,
on my Outlook Send folder, it shows an email that send out to the third person with the incorrect time on "Sent, When" fields. It's off by 6 hours. The appointment object has the correct time zone, the Exchange server has the
correct time zone, and the PC that initiated the app has the correct time zone. Not sure why the send out email has the incorrect time for "Sent, When" fields. See sample outlook email below. The bold fields have
incorrect time.
