Running a newly created app on Local Intranet

I have deployed a a MVC Application on My Local ISS it is accessible on http://10.10.4.4:90 with my system.

But not accesible by other application on the network.

All other applications are working fine.

What could be the problem?

What do you mean by "other applications"?

Can't network users access it? 
What is the error message?
Can you access the site locally, from the server?

Other Applications are applications deployed on 10.10.4.4:80 Port.. 

Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to 10.10.4.4:90

Yes i can access it locally form my own computer(server) but not from the computer next to me.

Does the firewall allow port 90?

can you ping server ip from client? if not check ip setting. If yes, go to control panel, firewall. Add exception for the port number.
