WHQL Device Install Check test failing with No volume attached RRS feed

  • Question

  • The Device Install Check For Other Device Stability test is failing with this error message: Device not configured properly for basic testing: The Disk has no volume attached to it.

    MPIO is running.

The Disk Manager sees the three disks as they should, as only three disks. When I go into properties on each disk and look at the MPIO policy, it is sett with Fail Over Only and one of the paths is marked as standby.

Each of the disks are labeled and I can write to each of them. I have tried deleting the volume and recreating it so that the label has been created after the MPIO path was discovered correctly.

I can write to each of the disks. I don't see how any of the disks should show up as no volume attached to it.

    Do you have any suggestions?
