Unable to rename folder RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,
we are using exchange 2003, clients use Outlook 2007.
Some users have access to extra mailboxes (other than their own) and in one particular mailbox a user has full control. Whenever they try to rename a folder in the mailbox, she is able to do this but after an unspecified period of time (usually a few minutes) the folder has reverted back to the original name. No idea what is causing this but does anybody have any suggestions?

    Cheers,

    Ded
